Most items are shipped from Lafontaine Iron Werks Inc. within 5 business days. Should an item show out of stock, typically it will be restocked within 2 weeks. Currently we only ship to Canada.
Canada Post and UPS are our preferred methods of shipment.

All sales are final with the exception of defective items. If you encounter a defective item, please email cheryl@liwi.ca immediately with the details and you will be directed to the next steps. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are based on store credit only. Items sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

DISPUTES

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.liwi.ca.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
